Refund policy

Every HVAC Tees shirt is printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check our FAQ for fit guidance before ordering.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at rharristravels@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help sort it out. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't started printing yet.
